We are looking to add and experienced Systems Analyst to our team of talented professionals,

What you'll do:

The Systems Analyst will review, analyze, and modify programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging, and installing to support the company's or client's application systems.

Duties will include 60% Platform administration and 40% application support.
• Install, configure and administer platforms and related computing environments including, systems software, applications software, and all associated configurations.
• Maintain services of platforms including applying patches and updates, adding new features and functionality, and preforming version upgrades.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve platform service problems.
• Support developer application deployments utilizing the Platform services, responsible for all Production application release deployments and provides support for development/test application release deployments as needed.
• Implement automated infrastructure and Platform deployment via existing automation processes as well as contributing to on-going automation development and service improvement activities.
• Maintain technical and design documentation for all Platform services environments, including architecture diagrams, knowledge-base article contributions, and standardized process documentation.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree and 1-3 years experience or a High School diploma with an additional 4 years (5 years total)
• Must be a U.S. Citizen; must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
• Understand the fundamentals of LINUX and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with Tickets Handling and Customer Service with IT programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in one or more scripting languages such as BASH, Python, WLST, YAML in addition to experience with DevOps and automation Tools (Git, Jenkins, Nexus, Ansible).
• Working knowledge of SSO, Linux, Windows, Java based Middleware Application Platforms, and/or ITIL Ticket Handling / Change Management.
• Automation knowledge and experience using Ansible, Powershell, GitLab etc
